Master Jacek Wysocki is a sixth degree Black Belt chief instructor of the Polish Aikido Union. He has more than 2,500 students under his supervision furthermore he is one of the few Caucasians masters to teach seminars in Japan. He will introduce us to his particular view of Aikido in this highly instructional video, this is an Aikido based on the concept of centerline, special forearms movements called “Meguri” and the use of Bo and Jo.
